⭐ Refund & Return Policy – RovellMen

At RovellMen, we work hard to ensure the best possible experience for our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and transparent policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Request Period

You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your product, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

2. Conditions for Returns or Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

• Be unused

• Have no odors, stains, or damage

• Have all original tags attached

• Be in its original packaging (when possible)

Products that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange, please send an email to:

Subject: Return/Exchange – Order Number

Include in the email:

• Full name

• Order number

• Reason for the request

• Photos of the product (if necessary)

Our team will respond within 48 business hours.

4. Shipping Costs

• In cases of defective products or shipping errors, RovellMen covers 100% of the shipping costs.

• In cases of customer choice (e.g., size or color change, or regret), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

5. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the product, your refund will be approved and processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued as follows:

• Credit card → refund to the original card

• Pix → refund to the same key used

• Boleto (bank slip) → refund via bank transfer to the customer’s account

6. Exchanges for Another Product

You may exchange your item for another product of equal value.
If the chosen product has a different price, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

7. Sale Items

Products purchased on sale or during promotions can be exchanged, but are not eligible for refunds unless the item is defective.

8. Defective Products

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
RovellMen will replace the product at no cost to you.
